I tried for several years to avoid replacing the roofing on my home. I would fix the leaks when they appeared and tried to save money doing it myself. Then the inevitable happened, I had to get a new Austin roofing. There was no more fixing the leaks, I had to completely replace the roof. Luckily I had enough money saved up over the years to fix it. I didn't need to get a loan for it, I was just able to pay out of pocket for it which was nice since I didn't need to go through a bank.
